We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for most items. Items returned within this period will be eligible for a full refund or exchange, as long as they meet the conditions outlined below. Our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with your experience, and we aim to make the return process quick and easy.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- Items must be in unused, unopened, and original condition.
- Items must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and manuals (if applicable).

If your return meets these conditions, we will gladly process your return and offer a refund or exchange.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods such as batteries, consumables, and food-related items
- Opened or used personal care items, cosmetics, and skincare products
- Clearance items or products marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will be happy to exchange it for the correct or similar item. We accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving the product.

- Provide your order number, product details, and a description of the issue (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
- If applicable, attach clear photos showing the defect or damage.

In some cases, depending on availability, we may offer a store credit or refund instead of an exchange.
2.2 Exchanges for Size or Color Change
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return procedure and place a new order for the item you want. We will process a refund for the original item after it is returned and inspected.
3. REFUND POLICY
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
3.1 Partial Refunds
In some situations, we may offer a partial refund if the returned item shows visible signs of use, damage, or missing parts. The refund amount will depend on the condition of the returned item.
3.2 Original Shipping Charges
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.).
4. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as FIX BINA is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
If we are providing a prepaid return label for a defective or incorrect item, the return shipping will be at our expense.
